# My #eas11 world premier: Creating personalised Google Documents from Form submissions (and some other things)

Tomorrow (Friday 26th August) for my eAssessment Scotland 2011 workshop I’ll be doing a world premier extending the [form submit sheet split example](https://hawksey.info/blog/2011/07/apps-script-intro-form-split/) to let tutors create individual student Documents from submitted data (e.g. [taking a sheet like this](https://docs.google.com/a/hawksey.info/spreadsheet/pub?hl=en_GB&hl=en_GB&key=0Alq6_NgDnxLWdC1Rc1JEVHQ3S1hRZTBncmVxeGp0dHc&single=true&gid=5&output=html) and at a click of a button produce [this document](https://docs.google.com/document/pub?id=16pfTi0jjlmvGfavcJnUEhPt_7V1h8Ko9MuxmN3kMbAQ). **Update:** Still some refinement in the instructions below. In the meantime if you want to reverse engineer here is a [copy of the final spreadsheet](https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0Alq6_NgDnxLWdC1Rc1JEVHQ3S1hRZTBncmVxeGp0dHc&hl=en_GB) and [Google Document Template used](https://docs.google.com/document/d/1O4afl8SZmMxMFpAiN16VZIddJDaFdeRBbFyBtJvepwM/edit?hl=en_GB). David Sloan from the University of Dundee who was at the workshop has also usefully highlighted some [accessibility issues to be aware of when using Google Apps](http://blog.dundee.ac.uk/accessibility/2011/08/eas11-review-accessibility/). \[gview file="https://hawksey.info/wp-content/uploads/2011/08/Using-Google-Forms-for-Assessment-and-More1.pdf"\]
